A timeless affair at a gilded age mansion

Tatianna and Robert wanted their summer wedding to feel like they brought a little bit of Italy to Connecticut, and the Eolia Mansion in Harkness State Park was the perfect way to do it.

They wanted to keep things classic, and opted to skip the first look and see each other for the first time as she walked down the aisle. I usually urge my clients to do a first look, that way once it’s time for the ceremony most of their photos are done and they can let loose and enjoy their party, but as the areas of the property we wanted to go to for portraits were so close together this time we were able to shoot some beautiful photos and get them to the end of their cocktail hour!
